how a Just Lift mini crane is created
Research, design and development
From the very first moment, the idea of Just Lift and its creation took place in Italy, exactly in Sarcedo (VI), where Zallys is also located for the electric vehicle part. The team of expert designers and draughtsmen has made it possible to create mini hydraulic electric cranes tailored to meet the needs of the target market, with a wide range of products that differ in lifting capacity, all built with excellent quality materials and direct control over in-house production.
The production of mini cranes and accessories
The practicality of the mass production of Just Lift mini cranes is combined with the craftsmanship and precision of experienced craftsmen who assemble each lift individually to ensure the highest quality. The Just Lift electric and hydraulic mobile cranes are designed to be able to lift loads from 150 to 750 kg, even in confined spaces, due to their manoeuvrability and compact dimensions. In addition, the mini cantilever cranes have accessories to make work even more ergonomic and professional.

The first idea of a mini counterbalanced crane
2015
From the great experience already gained in the production of electric vehicles by Zallys company, the idea of a sister company was born in 2015 with the aim of developing a product to fill that market need that was not yet satisfied by other solutions. Adriano Zamberlan and his sons Luca and Jody thus began together the path that would lead them to the founding of Just Lift.
2019
The creation of Just Lift
After a market analysis and some technical tests for the design of Just Lift mini cranes, Luca and Jody Zamberlan start to create the first crane prototypes that will later be implemented and improved to be marketed.
Just Lift specialises in the development of electric and hydraulic mini cranes which, thanks to Zallys thirty years of experience in the production of electric vehicles, meet high design and production standards.
The design

2020
In 2020, partly due to the enforced blockade by the Covid-19 pandemic, Luca and Jody were able to make significant progress with the design of the first electric crane. The first JL250 mini crane was born and put into operation, and is still operating today in the Zallys - Just Lift production facility.
We immediately realised the great potential and demand for mobile mini cranes in the national and international market. Thus began the mass production of four Just Lift models: JL150, JL250, JL500 and JL750.
With plans to reach more and more markets and industries around the world, Just Lift now has more than twenty national and international dealers.
Moreover, the continuous and pressing demand for Just Lift mini cranes drives the team every day to design and create new solutions to help operators in their daily lifting activities.
Some new products are ready to be launched, and who knows how many more in the future.
